Here at Black Bear we strive to help you make the most of your vacation or rental property as well as showcasing various properties available to tenants for short or long term leasing. We offer a wide range of services designed to ease the process for all parties involved. At Black Bear, you only pay for the services you use. Our rates are extremely reasonable, and there is no up front costs for posting properties on the website. We will come out and take the pictures of the property for you at no charge. We offer a Pocono Mountain area office in Lords Valley, PA., as well as our Kingston, NY. location serving the Catskill Region.
At Black Bear, we live in/grew up in the area, and are raising our families here, so we are well versed in all it has to offer; from antiquing, auctions and art galleries, to hiking in the surrounding forests. You may decide to hit the slopes at various local ski areas, play 18 on one of the many golf courses, or raft or kayak in the Delaware Water Gap or Hudson River. Many take advantage of the abundant State Game Lands in the Pocono's, shop until you drop in Woodstock NY or Milford PA, Hike one of the many mountains or just relax at a local eatery. It is our goal to see you and your guests get as much enjoyment out of the area as we do.
Both the Catskills and the Pocono's are a short trip, but world away from NYC. So take a moment to relax, unwind and enjoy the slower paced but active life both areas have to offer. We look forward to meeting You!
